What should I do about my Razer mouse

  1. Well, I bought a Razer Deathadder Chroma in the past and it has been my favorite mouse ever since then. However, my Deathadder chroma does not sync with my Blackwidow elite and that a big annoyance. I have to manage two software with two devices.

    So there are two solutions:
    1. Buy a new Razer mouse that is compatible with synapse 3. pls add a comment on what Razer mouse feels the SAME as the chroma. I saw a few videos that new mouses don't feel the same and I'm afraid of that. cause surprisingly when I first bought it I thought that the shape was going to be uncomfortable but it was the opposite.

    2. If anyone can tell me a way that I can sync up with software so the LEDs on the mouse and keyboard are not cycling in a different order

    Thanks in advance

Since the Deathadder Chroma uses Synapse 2 and the Blackwidow Elite uses Synapse 3, it is not possible to sync the lighting on the two as far as I know. You can wait and see if support for the Deathadder Chroma comes to Synapse 3, although legacy product integration on Synapse 3 has stopped recently so the chance of it moving over are a bit low.

I think the new Deathadders do not have the same textured rubber and scroll wheel as the old chroma, although they are the same shape. You can view the comparison between the Deathadder Elite and Essential here, although the elite is more of what you would want since it has the chroma lighting with a few other features.
  3. I'm looking at the other mouse's razer has and I'm leaning more toward the Deathadder essential for its simple design. I don't like the elite for being bigger and it has the sensitivity buttons. I will press them 85% of the time by accident.

Still a great choice! Just a note though, if you wanted you can turn off the sensitivity buttons in Synapse ;).
