I have a 2017 version of Razer Blade 14. I found its 3D Mark FireStrike socre is not stable when there is no power supply plugged in, I wonder if this is normal.

There are tons of power management settings that get their hands on your CPU and GPU to optimize battery life when the laptop is unplugged. Depending on what you've got installed, there's the Windows power settings (which are always set to balanced, it seems), Razer Synapse, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc. etc.

Power supply is 165 watts. Most laptop batteries are limited to 60 watts or less to prevent the 'splosions and melty-melty and dying in 10 minutes.

    Less watts = less bungholiomarks
