I pre-ordered the New Razer Blade on April 1st, I thought when I checked out it was in my cart for $0 but when I go to check my shipment it makes no mention of it. Does anyone know when they stopped the offer for The Division for free when pre-ordering? Please tell me it was after April 1st.

I actually got mine last week despite no shipment. In fact, I had already cancelled my pre order but the code was still valid anyway. I would go through and check your email for any from Razer.

    Subject line was "
Thank you for buying the Razer Blade. Here is your game code"

in case you want to search for that. Check your spam as well, I found my Stealth confirmation there this morning after receiving 8 emails in my main inbox no problem.

I thought actually the Division deal came from Nvidia? Wonder if you can get it through them?

The deal is technically Nvidia and thats where you redeem the code, however, the email comes from Razer and has Razer branding.

I would definitely reach out to Support.

    I believe I pre ordered march 23ish

Well, got this back from support today...

    Hi, Caleb.

    Thank you for contacting RazerStore.

The promotion is only valid for items that are currently in stock. The promotion is strictly While Stock Lasts and is strictly on first-come, first-serve basis.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your support.

    Sincerely,
    Team RazerStore

Thanks for nothing, when I ordered your freakin' computer it said I was going to get The Division a week after my Blade ships now I'm not cause the computer has to be in stock or some crap, or they ran out of codes? What? I'm so done with Razer. Their support is literally useless, they offer no information and are as vague as talking to Siri. Never buying from Razer again, MSI just got a new customer. After being a Razer fanatic for so long this past month has been a terrible experience. First off the Blade delays, then the Insider Rewards not working and now not getting The Division anymore... I can't wait to see how they screw me over again, oh wait they won't cause I'm never buying anything from them anymore. Canceled my Blade order. Who would like to see me burn all my Razer products?

The division codes were not a promotion by razer. It was a promotion by Nvidia for anyone who bought a laptop with a nvidia 970m or up before April 30th. The blade did not ship out before this date, and they did not charge your account before this date, so Nvidias promotion expired. It is not razers fault

Its false advertising then, and also promoted as a Razer promo. If I order something and it says I'm gonna get it I expect to get it. I wouldn't want to buy the Deathadder it says it comes with a 16,000 DPI promotion, then after I order it they just go and change it to a 10,000 DPI because the promotion ran out before they shipped it. Like yeah it was a free upgrade that was extra but I expected it seeing as I bought the product specifically for that. Then you go and change it thinking it will all be good.

They did say "while supplies last"

The nVidia information always said "while supplies last."

If you were buying for the game, there were also computers at half the price on the market with the special :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
