When will Razer Synapse for Xbox and Razer Wolverine Xbox app be fixed?

I've been searching around trying to figure out if this was a simple problem like I just needed the updated versions of app. But it seems the apps have been broken for months now I like controller, but I really wish I could use apps and remap multi-function buttons because I don't even really like using them anyway. I'm sure razer support has heard of this problem multiple times were on the Razer Synapse for Xbox it informs you to click a link to download Razer Wolverine Xbox app before being able to use it. So I did what it asked downloaded it went back and still get pop up telling me I need to download updated version of Razer Wolverine Xbox app, which I did. It won't let me access anything because the pop up telling me I need to download version. I uninstalled reinstalled them multiple times and still wouldn't work. I was talking to friend who owns a Razer Wolverine Ultimate version and he was telling me use the Razer Wolverine app to change the set multi-function buttons tried, but when I select the profiles nothing happens. He got his though months ago so I'm guessing the app was working back then. I've seen people complain about these same problems I'm having right now for a while now. If someone could let me know if this has been a ongoing problem and if Razer is working on this would be appreciated thanks.

I am unsure if you attempted this or not, but I would reach out the the razer support team. Basically create a support ticket and I am sure they will work with you. Just know because of COVID19 there will be delayed. I am only mentioning this route because even though someone may have had the same issue as you, it may be few months or weeks before someone posts, you might be able to save time speaking to tech support.
