In the EU store most of the products are out of stock, I wanted to buy a razer kraken 7.1 v2 and I can't.

Does someone have any idea when it will be on stock most of the items

They've been gone for awhile from the US store too. They're over 3 years old so probably out of production. They're a good headset but I'd probably pick out one of the newer ones at this point.

I like that they had chroma but yes... think ARMOR is right in saying that they are out of production. I currently use the Kraken pro v2 TE. You can always look on ebay or amazon though.

As @ARMOR_152 said, the Kraken 7.1 V2 is out of production now, as it has been replaced with the Kraken TE. It will more than likely not come in stock again. I would go and get a pair of Kraken TE's, although you are loosing the Chroma lighting on the headset the THX spatial audio is quite nice over the older built in 7.1 Surround on the Kraken 7.1 V2.

Being able to use Synapse 3 is also much better, since all of Razer's new products use Synapse 3 as well, so having a single product running on Synapse 2 was annoying.
