i have a Blackwidow Chroma Version 1 keyboard. When I use the Razer software to make changes to the keyboard are these changes stored in keyboard memory itself, in the cloud, or in some file(s) which are part of the Windows 10 OS ? I ask this because I want to know whether my keyboartd settings will remain the same whether I am working in Windows 10 or another OS ( Linuix distros ) which I can multiboot.

Well with higher level keyboards like the blackwidow and the huntsman tournament and elite and even ultimate editions like my blackwidow elite not only has the onboard cloud storage/memory but it meaning mine has a 2.0 USB and 3.5 mm audio jack input for pass through like what the capture card the ripsaw HD DOES BUT OF COURSE THE CAPTURE CARD IS EXTENSIVELY BETTER AND DOES MORE but that is that, anyways, you are correct that our type of keyboards are compatible with Linux, OS, and windows but with the keyboard by what I have read and interpreted is you or better yet the keyboard is compatible to one at a time one or the other so yes it will work for all three different frameworks but only at one chosen framework at one time! Anyways, make sure that you are erasing all your data online from history, location, devices, and etc, that is where I would start and if you have a halfway decent file manager/device/software manager/facilitator then if it continues you should be able to run a automatic, manual, or even if your wealthy an AI manager troubleshooter and it will catch most if not all errors big or small with your hardware, software, and everything that is hooked and/or linked it them!!!
My question is whether the keyboard settings I set using Razer in Windows 10 carry over to when I use my same Razer keyboiard in some other Linux OS which I multi-boot into at a later time on the same computer. I did not mean to infer that I am using different OSs at the same time.

Stored on cloud only. You can try installing Synapse on Linux to have your settings back.
I see OpenRazer and will try that. Thank you !
