Where can I find my Activation Code for the 7.1 Surround Sound?

Hey everyone! I just bought the Razer Electra V2 analog gaming and music headset. I am enjoying them thus far. Though I am having a problem with setting up the surround sound with razer 7.1 surround sound.
When the software opens one needs to fill in an activation code but I can not find the activation code anywhere. Where can I find it? Or maybe its because the headset is not compatible with this software?

I have just registered my newly purchased Kraken Pro V2. I did not receive an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound. How do I get this?

Your Razer Electra V2 uses Razer Surround. Our 7.1 Surround Sound code will be sent if your newly purchased headset model is Razer Kraken X or Razer Kraken 2019 and if you have successfully registered your product to your Razer ID. Jumping on the thread here, last year I purchased the Kraken 7.1 V2 and had installed the Surround app which worked well. Since upgrading the computer to Windows 10 from Windows 7 I have lost the application and only have Razer Synapse for my mouse - nothing shows up for the headphones.

I've searched the box for an activation code to get back the Surround application but I can't find one. How can I rectify this?
