Where is my $100 core credit?

    Hi,

    I was looking into purchasing the RBS + Core bundle, however, it ran out of stock a few days ago.

    So I purchased the RBS 512 QHD by itself.

    The RBS+Core bundle restocked the day after my purchase, and I tried to cancel my order but failed, so I decided to just wait for my RBS 512 QHD to come, and purchase the Core later.(screw the $100 steam credit)

    Here is the problem, I didn't receive any information about my $100 core credit. Will I receive it within my RBS package? Are they going to send me an email or something? Where is the $100 core credit they promised?

    And Razer Support is not being helpful, they literally wait 24 hours to reply each of my emails.

    It takes about 24-48 hours for our orders support team to respond back so I do appreciate your patience and understanding.

    If they have not responded after 48 hours, PM me your case #.

    There isn't a $100 core discount code anymore. It ended at the end of October. I emailed them about it a few weeks ago. So you're out of luck I'm afraid. Either return the laptop and wait for a bundle to become available, or ask support very nicely and maybe they can get you a discount since they can verify that you did buy the laptop.

    And a 24 hour response time is FAST compared to other companies. Most you're lucky they get back to you in two days. Also Razer is located in California. And they do not operate 24/7.

    But on their page, http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-systems/razer-blade-stealth , it still says "Recieve $100 dollars off with the purchase the Razer Blade Stealth"

    At the top of the page in a green ribbon is says you will get a $100 steam store credit WITH A CORE BUNDLE. That's the key thing. You can't buy them separate. And if you buy the core with the stealth as a bundle you get $100 off. But, as a bundle I'm afraid.

    They just sent me a email saying they are not giving me the $100 core credit they promised on the website:
    Receive $100 off with the purchase the Razer Blade Stealth

    My order has been "in progress" for 31 hours now, way exceed the "up to 24 hours" promise. I don't understand why they can not make any changes or cancel my order if they have not shipped it yet. And by the time they reply me my next email, my order will probably already be shipped.

    I have heard people have bad experiences with the Razer Support, but I didn't know it is this bad.
