It's an old model, I wouldn't recommend it since it uses a laser sensor.
The current model is the Naga Trinity, it has interchangeable side buttons and an excellent sensor.

I dont think trubuty is replacement of naga lineup but i can be wrong. Trinity is flexible mouse but you will get most in fps and naga is mmo type of mouse.

Yeah they remove it few days before flagship keynote so if you really want you can look in local shop or web but i will probably wait if something new comeup.

At this point no one know anything exept the design and COO of razer. Wait for CES 2019 and see what will be release,

I hope there will be a new Naga during this year with the ability to save profiles on the device like you do get now with the newest Razer Elite models.
