Recently I got a Razer Deathadder for my pc. So when I got home I installed Razer Synpase so I could adjust the sensitivity and color of my mouse, but when I opened it the Calibration Tab is missing. I already reinstalled Razer Synpase multiple times and whenever I play games, the sensitvity is very laggy because I do not have it.

Did you buy a Deathadder Elite, Deathadder Chroma or just... Deathadder? I'm not sure if the original Deathadder would even have synapse support, but you definitely wouldnt be able to change the LED colours as, well, they're not chroma.
Can you check what mouse you actually got and come back here?

Well, like I said, I don't think the original Deathadder is Synapse Supported, read the manual to see what you can do to change the sensitivity (if you can).
And what do you mean by "lagging"? Is there a delay between you moving the mouse and the cursor moving, is the mouse jumping randomly, is it not responding?

Yeah I mean by the mouse cursor moving and jumping randomly

That's weird... First of all try the mouse on another computer, if it works fine there it's probably your computer's USB port and not a problem with the mouse, if it also doesn't work on the second computer check the sensor, make sure there isn't dirt on it or its not scratched or something, check the cable to see if there's any visible breaks or damages and lastly check the USB, see if it's maybe bent or something. If you find nothing visibly wrong with the mouse contact Razer support and request an RMA, I believe your mouse came with a warranty, right?
