Hey there, So my Basilisk V3 stopped working poroperly (it keeps turning on an off) and i was sure it is a hardware issue. So I got myself a new Basilisk V3 which cant be synchronised properly. The Lightning and most keys can be remapped as intended, however not button 5 and 6. I managed to get my old one running for a moment and its buttons worked just fine.I also relized that the device manager only labels the mouse as comfort mouse and not as Basilisk V3 as it did with my old one. I checked by turning off Synapse or using the mice with another device, apparently the internal storage seems to work, since i can use the remapped buttons on my laptop or my PC wihtout having Synapse running. Which makes me think this is a Software issue regarding Synapse. Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution? Kind Regards and thanks in advance
This is my first Razer product, love it. It looks great and I will test it out in video calls and such. But there is no native Mac software from Razer. Anyone know why that is? If I cant get to the setting proper I will have to return the probably coolest cam on the market
i used the same earphone on my pc yeah razer hammer head pro v2 ofc, i used usb adapter to jack coz i cannot use my jack in my pc, but before i move my pc from my older house to a new house the mic is still working but after i move it to a new house then i try again it can’t work, disclaimer i have 2 razer hammer head pro v2 i used the different earphone when i’m in the old house and the new house but rn i just have 1 earphone that mic cannot working, i already try it in my mobile phone and it work, but when i try it to my pc it doesn’t work at all and all i hear it just electrical sound
I’ve had my headset for a couple of years now and recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) it started making a popping noise and disconnecting itself then immediatly reconnect. it happens so often that it makes it hard to even have a conversation and impossible to hear my games. -I’ve reinstalled Synapse-I’ve tried different USB port-it worked without issue on a different PCi would love to finally put an end to this incredidbly irritating issue if it is even possible to be fixed. A lot of people say that a cheap laptop stand is enough to improve the cooling so, let’s buy one. I was wondering wich ones you guys are using, because I think some I found on Amazon might block the fans on the bottom.
After playing Helldivers 2 I always have to manually restart Synapse 4, because it’s crashed or been forced to close. Maybe it’s because Helldivers 2 is using the nProtect GameGuard anti-cheating tool?When I manually start Synapse 4 it’s empty and it will take 10-20 seconds for it to re-discover my Razer devices (and start syncing RGB etc).I’ve had this issue since I started playing Helldivers 2 5-6 weeks ago. It’s the only game that’s causing this.The game and Synapse 4 (v4.0.86.38) is fully up to date. I own a Blackwidow V3 Mini Keyboard. Purchased it in November 2022. As soon as I purchased it, it started mal-funtioning. Almost all the keys are unusable; typing one letter results in at least 8-9 inputs. I've had to completely replace the keyboard with another purchase, hoping to claim the warranty on my product. Unfortunately, Razer support in India seems to be pretty non-existent. There was one reseller, Acro Engineering, which used to handle all RMA in India. The reseller seems to have vanished.Ever since I've been trying to get in touch with the Razer support team but to no avail. This purchase is ultimately proving itself to be a very bad investment; both in a product, and in a brand.
The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.
Why is there no new ‘THX Environmental mode’ audio options games been added for well over 6 month. Bought the Nommo v2 Pro and this has been a huge let down in support from Razer. Headset there are about 55 supported games, speakers 6. Razer need to get their act together for expensive features that advertise this feature and nothing has changed since day 1 release!
