hi all, newbie here in this community...
I am planning on buying a new gaming keypad and i narrowed my options down to 2

  • razer tartarus v2 -80$

  • razer orbweaver chroma elite - 190$ (in india)

the question is if the orbweaver is worth the 90$ increase in price

PS:
i cannot order from the razer official store as this has to be purchased in retail in india as i have store credit valid till 28th oct'19

thanks in advance

everyone asks what keypad is better, it is just a matter of find or get one and make it yours by working with it.
How can you tell what is good, and what is not good if you have not tested it yourself?

Others preference might not match yours.

I have been wondering the same thing. I think you just need to ask the right questions
What has better ergonomics?
would be my first question.
hello everyone,

I like having all the buttons close to, but having to shift my mouse all over the place can make things really awkward and frustrating sometimes. Maybe I need to keep learning and react faster with less movement, but I'm just wondering if being able to flick a joystick in the given direction will help me get the twitch reactions this game needs.

@LiverOrgansecretfront147 Hey i have the Tartarus V2 and its worth the price around INR 5800 (i bought it from Amazon cloudtail India seller ), though its with mecha-membrane keys(works with Synapse3) whereas the Orbweaver is with mechanical keys and does not work with Synapse 3(the latest synapse live software in use).

For me and at the price range its not a deal breaker, functionality and key customization is similar on both.

It depends what you expect of keypad if you want that device must be versitale with alot of adjustment and have fast switch the orbweaver is this device but you sacrifice sofrwere becose it use synapse 2 and at this point no one will tell you if this device will be supported in synapse 3 If you want good device with membrane key and smaller number of keys and adjustment but it support synapse 3 to combain two devices together Tartarus V2 is way to go.
