Which sound card I choose for Tiamat 7.1 v2?

Hi! A friend sold me his Tiamat 7.1 V2 very cheap because they could not be used in his laptop. So I bought the Asus Xonar DSX 7.1 and the audio was too bad in Stereo and Sorround. I requested a RMA and now with the new Tiamat 7.1 V2 the sound is pretty good in dolby demos and movies. But in games is horrible. I tried many many configurations I equalizated, changed de LFE frequency, tried different driver versions, disabled the onboard audio, and many other options that I saw in forums and videos.
So now I want to purchase other sound card. In the official support page of razer says that ASUS Strix RAID DLX is totally compatible, but I don't find this specific model to purchase in Spain. In Amazon Spain there are two Asus Strix Sound Cards pretty similar. There are the Strix Soar (http://tiny.cc/9hrs3y) and the Strix Raid Pro (http://tiny.cc/4jrs3y). Which option is the best?? Or there are other options??
Thanks 🙂

Hi @ninjo99. The sound cards we tested and previously found to be compatible with the Tiamat 7.1 v2 are the ones listed on the support page. I will be moving this to the audio forums.
The best card you can buy is the Audigy Rx, but unless you get some sort of adapter (that may not exist), or creative labs speakers, you can't do 7.1 with it. You can do 5.1 fine. That's just my opinion.

Anyway, are you using Windows? If so, have you tried everything mentioned in here?
