Hello people,
I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model - QHD 240Hz - GeForce RTX 3080 - Black - NOV21- that's I"d like to update/replace the SSD in, I wonder if anyone knows what are the specs of the current drive and any recommendations about a good and compatible 2TB SSD?
Also how difficult is it to replace it?

Thank you

As default, your unit has 1 TB SSD (M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4) + Open M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 slot for easy expansion to 4TB SSD. To learn more about Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021, click here.
Thanks,
Anyone knows the specs (write/read speeds) of the SSD that comes from Razer? Any suggestions about a good model to replace it?

Razer usually use faster ssd, and if it’s pcie 4 you don’t need to upgrade it unless it’s capacity matter. I swapped my blade laptops 14 ssd due bigger 2TB capacity but speed Razer default one still faster but on day to day use I didn’t recognise the difference they’re the same fast, only benchmark numbers tell the difference.

Hello

I have your Blade 15 Advanced Model (mid 2021) RZ09-0409CEC3-R3B1, which is PCIe 4.0 compatible.

I recently purchased the Kingston KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2048GB SSD (for $312 USD) after reading amazing reviews.

Elda from your Razer Technical Support advised me that "Any SSD brand will do as long as it is an M.2 NVMe."

However, the system does not recognise the SSD in BIOS or Windows in either slot.
Both slots work with the stock Samsung PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 1TB MZ-VL21T00.
I tested the KC3000 2048GB SSD on a friend's desktop and it works perfectly.

Are you able to please advise why it it does not work with your laptop?

Thank you for your help,
Glen
Is it possible to get 4TB in every M2 Slot?
