A lot has been said about “squeaky wheel” bias that naturally exists in online forums. I do not doubt these folk’s stories or heartburn. I just want to see if there is anyone else out there who has been ghosting (like me) who uses Razer products and hasn’t had any serious problems with them.
I have a 2019 Razer Blade 15 oled and it’s (so far) my all-time favorite laptop. I have also bought multiple Razer mice, keyboards, and headsets over the years. I haven’t had issues with any of them and have found they retain high resale value when I upgrade.

Every company have smaller or bigger problems with their products.
Serious problem? Mine 1st gen DeathAdder left click failed after 7 years of using, but replaced mouse switch and still works :)
Also noticed some squeaks in scroll wheel (probably on the 1st gen Abyssus mouse), but it was very easy fixable.
I own about ~20 various Razer products and quality is superb for me.

Nice, threads.
Thankfully even i really didn't face any issues with any of the Razer products, just this one time i had an issue with Razer Tartarus V2 single key (num 3) continuously typing issue and was a product defect. Had to RMA it locally and got it replaced. That was the only instance for me.
Other than that all the Razer stuff is working fine and i Love em all. People are jealous seeing em. LOL. As @-Mr.Nobody- as well, its really expensive in my Country as well.
Cheers!

Luckily, i don't have any issues with my razer peripherals and i'm not wishing to have one. Have a nice day y'all.

I just got myself a Kraken Pro V2 and so far no issues. I hope I will not have one.

I just have a Razer Kraken Pro V2 but despite the constant complaining about this product, mine has been great and it is almost a year now.
I have my Razer Cynosa V2 and I am glad that I don't experienced any problem or any issue with it.
I don't have any issue or any problem with Razer device so far but if there is I will contact their customer support for sure.
