Why can't I find the "custom" feature in Razer Synapse 3?

Recently, my Razer Blade 15 2021 edition laptop has been overheating and dropping in performance. So, my natural instinct was to go onto the internet and search how to fix the problem. I found out that one of the ways to improve this problem is by going into Razer Synapse 3, system, performance, and into custom to crank both of those sliders to the max. For some reason, I can't find that "custom" feature. I am on the latest version of Razer Synapse 3, my Windows 10, and my GeForce Experience drivers. PLEASE, can anyone help me with anything regarding issue?
