why doesnt synapse open?

so i recently got new headphones and i wanted to install synapse to use them, but after i install it and press launch, nothing happens. it worked fine on my laptop but not on my pc for some reason. help is appericiated thanks

Try to run it as admin. You can also follow the steps here. If that didn't help, let me know through PM so I can start a case and forward your concern to the Software Team.
