Why is my Product Number Incorrect

I recently purchased the Razor Basilisk X and decided to change to sensitivity. I had to of course register the mouse as a new product. When I finished putting in the information I discovered that the PR was incorrect although I had looked it over multiple times and confirmed to be correct. How do I fix this problem???
