I'm wondering why my laptop that I bought 2 days ago running slowly when I'm playing games.

The game that I play is Dota 2. I even haven't play it because its too laggy when I open it. The FPS is around 21-32.

Anyone can help me? is it because the hardware itself or because the failure product?

Try play it not on native resolution, try 1080p or 720p (Medium or low setting). Intel HD 620 isn’t great for gaming, you need eGPU setting to run games better.

I have the Stealth 13.3 i7-7500u. I wouldn't play games on it, that's what gaming PCs and consoles are for. Sounds like you want the 14" Blade which has a graphics chip in it made for games. Since you only bought it 2 days ago I would exchange it, rather than waste your time with settings and eGPU.

It's great for office work and the battery life is hard to beat especially with the extra power bank.

Kinda like you bought a roadster to haul big loads when you really need a van.

What do you think about the game experience on this device?

IDK, I have a nintendo switch for "real games" and my old Thinkpad w520 for older PC games which I still enjoy.

Razer Stealth is my work PC, unfortunately my employer doesn't pay me to play games but that would be nice :)

It should be able to play older or basic games fine but I wouldn't use it for "big" AAA titles or anything competitive. It just doesn't have the horsepower of a bigger laptop.

FIFA, Dota 2 can run on 720p medium to low depend on how much FPS do you want. Here’s some gaming benchmarks for it. I’ve same CPU stealth with you and @Pentalobe, and I install on it GPU not too demanding games like Overwatch, Rocket League, PES 2018, CS Go, Bayonetta, Sonic mania, king of fighter XIV to play when I get boring on work...and my employer is not at work place;)

The stealth has no GPU... I'd recomend getting the Razer Core (An eGPU) and a nvidia 1060 4gb.
Altogether it'll cost you about $650-700.
