I bought Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Chroma, which is currently newest Kraken headset. A few months have passed since the launch of Synapse 3 but it still can't detect my headset. I want an update immediately!

The Kraken 7.1 V2 is not one of the products supported yet, and it may get support in the future but there is no date for when it will be supported (assuming it does get supported in the future).
There was a break from the synapse team porting older synapse 2 devices to Synapse 3 so they could iron out a lot of the bugs that the program had, but I do believe that they have resumed normal development now.

Read the new synapse 3 update topic in synapse 3 section of the forum there you find more info about for question and you can ask dev of support.

Razer doesn't care about supporting existing products; they only care about selling new products.

The support you are looking for will NEVER come.

If it doesn't come, then I'll never buy Razer products again. Because my headset isn't old.

Sorry, they don't care, that is not their strategy. Razer is a marketing company, nothing more.

Same sentiments bro. I bought Mouse, Keyboard, Mouse Matt, Base Station, Speakers and lastly a Headset, ALL from RAZER, with the mentality that all are from the same product family so all RGBs would work in harmony and no intensive research and 3rd party software integration are needed to have them on the go, right away.

I was really shocked that a headset alone would be in a different software platform which does not have the chroma studio functionality in Synapse 3. So End of Story, All my devices are waving with flying colors while my headset is sitting on the base station with a static color. :confused_:

The only quick fix that I have is this : https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/apps-audio-visualizer. Made colors dance with music/sounds. At least the headset now belongs. Lastly, I wrote Razer and e-mail regarding this. The very least they could do is answer this so we would now what to do next (Stay in the Razer Cult or Explore other brands).
