Why won't Razer ship to me anymore?

I've been waiting forever for one item to come back into stock, once i got the email saying it was back i rushed to the site to buy. while filling out my address, i'm informed that they "no longer ship to your location"??? I live in the US, i've gotten stuff from them to the same address before. If they don't want to ship to me that's fine, but why is it impossible to get in contact with anyone to see when they're going to resupply other retailers, like BestBuy or Amazon? i know they'll still ship to me.
