Same thing here. Both wifi and Bluetooth are off and would turn on. Any ideas?
also is happening to me, even resetting the laptop doesn't work, can we get an answer to this fix??
Find anything on this? Having the same issue. Been on hold for hours now.
I have the same problem here. Tried all fixes here with no luck.

Only Ethernet is working for now.
I had the same issue and was able to resolve it by uninstalling the wireless adapter, reinstalling it, and restarting the rig. Try this.

  • Go to “Device Manager” and expand “Network Adapters”.
  • Select “Killer Wireless 1535 Wireless Network Adapter” or “Intel Wireless AC” and select “Uninstall”. Proceed with the uninstallation process.
  • Under “Device Manager”, select “Action” from the top menu and click “Scan for hardware changes”.
  • The Blade will detect your wireless adapter and automatically install it.
  • After the installation is finished, restart your blade.
  • Try connecting to your Wireless Network.

didn't work for me
I'm having the same issue. My wifi card was working fine, then out of nowhere it just stopped. It says the wifi is turned off, and when i go to turn it on, it just turns right off. I have right all possible fixes I found on the web, but nothing seems to work. When I do a diagnosis, it says this https://prnt.sc/v784k0 . I have uninstalled it, and installed it, I have updated my pc, nothing works.
It has just happened to me today. Last night it was fine and today it is not working. In device manager, it can find the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz adaptor but I cannot turn on the wifi. I also do not have Bluetooth functionality anymore. Has anyone tried to replaced their wifi adaptor? I'm not sure if it is a bios or motherboard problem or a problem with the wifi adaptor. I will call Razer tomorrow to see what they have to say regarding this weird issue.

p.s. I can use an ethernet connection using an external adaptor without any problems.
I have the exact same issue! It's extremely frustrating, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, it works for 2 minutes then forever disconnects never to even pick up any wifi signal again.. has anyone managed to figure this problem out?
I looked everywhere for a solution and a friend finally helped me with the right SOLUTION TO THIS using this link:

There is a link in here to enable you to download the latest BIOS drivers.

In case you don't want to go through all the reading;

Follow the steps:
1. Download below link (you can transfer this from a computer that has wifi using a USB stick)

2. Restart your laptop

This worked for me! Hope it helps!

this did not help me either. what do you suggest i should do next?
I had this problem today with my Blade 15 Advanced late 2019 and FIXED it!

Description of my problem :
All of a sudden, no more wifi connection. I couldn't even *see* the wifi SSID anymore. I thought the wifi adapter was broken. Tried ipconfig in a CMD window but this gave nothing and running the Windows troubleshooter showed me : "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter".

The solution (in my case) might seem unlikely but it WORKED!
- open Windows Services
- search for the WLAN AutoConfig service
- if this is set to Manual start : change startup type to : Automatic
- then click Start to actually start the service
- after doing this, the ipconfig command showed my wifi adapter again
- I disabled and enabled the wifi adapter and behold... it was working again
- scanned for my wifi, connected to it and everything was back to normal

Hope this helps for other too.
