Just got my Wildcat. Not sure if I should add the grips. I'm just worried that if I put them on, change my mind, and take them off, I won't be able to put them back on again.

Any thoughts? Wildcat owners/users, do you prefer it with or without the grips? Any comments?

I was considering to order the Wildcat or Sabertooth for my PC and ordered the Sabertooth in the end. I used to research and read up tons of review before decide which product to purchase. From the reviews I read, I found out that it is almost impossible to put the grip on perfectly since there is no guide on the controller for the grip to put on. For someone who has a little OCD like myself, I probably get frustrated easily when I see the uneven grip that put on both side. My advise is if you really prefer the touching feel of the grip, put it on. If not, keep it in the box.

I put the grips on earlier today and pulled them off about 5 minutes later. My hands don't get too sweaty so I only put them on cause I thought it would be more comfortable and it seemed that the soft part of my palm by my pinkies rubbed the seam of where the grip doesn't cover on the back and it got very annoying. If you do decide to put them on, I highly suggest you ignore the pattern on the right one because it won't fit the controller well if you line them up. I lined it up with the seams of the controller and they fit perfectly. They are also much more moldable than you would think and you can lift it up a few times to readjust them with no problems.

For me, the grips add more comfort. I wasn't sure in the beginning but I did put them after all and I think the feel is way better. I guess it's just an individual preference. Play for some time without the grips (lets say a week or two) and then put the grips on and give them a run. If you think it's better without them just take them off and throw them out... you never needed them anyway.

Don't own one so not speaking from experience here but think it looks better with the grips on and surely it can only help the feel. Not that I've ever had a scenario of a controller jumping out my hand however o_O

In an earlier post I think someone says there no guides for putting them on but if you follow the link below and jump to the second question there is a PDF doc detailing the procedure, no idea how useful this is in reality though.
