Hey everyone, just wondering if you think this adapter: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-usb-type-c-vga-multiport-adapter/ ,which is obviously designed for a macbook, would work with my stealth? I'd love to get an extra USB port so I can leave my keyboard, monitor and charger plugged in and then just plug them all into my laptop at once easily.

Feel free to offer alternatives (needs to have either VGA or DVI) but I'm liking this one because its simple and inexpensive. Thanks

Most RBS owners have not had luck with Macbook related products. I'm not saying that it won't work, but you will most likely be the first to try it lol
I just use the Core when I'm at home, and that has all of my peripherals linked to the RBS. I know it's expensive, but just get a cheap USB hub. The RBS already has HDMI, so I can't see why you would want VGA or DVI, but I guess that's just something I don't use in day to day operations.

The reason why I want vga or DVI is to use with a specific monitor that I have which doesn't have HDMI for some silly reason (despite me only buying it a few years ago).

Actually, I just got a better idea. I'll just buy a cheap ($5 on the same site) HDMI -> VGA adapter and then use my USB hub for peripherals. Its less continent but I save $10 and know it will work. Not as cool as using one port for everything but at least it will definitely work.

That's a pretty good idea. I have an HDMI to VGA adapter, but I use it maybe once every other month on a projector lol
Glad you found a solution though. You could always try it and see if it works though. Buying an adapter and a hub will be more than the $16 dollars, unless you get a great deal.
    Well, have fun with it!
