Windows 10 (1903) - Razer NAGA Chroma

Hi,

Has anyone recently upgraded to the latest 1903 build of Win10 and seen major Freezing of their Razer Mouse?

System = RBS (2016 - Intel 7500U) connected to Core V2 and have a NAGA Chroma mouse attached.

I've always had a lag issue with the NAGA mouse connected directly to the RBS or via the Core over Thunderbolt. However after the latest Windows upgrade, the mouse if pretty much unusable. I've tested different DPI settings, different physical USB ports and uninstalled the drivers from Devmgmt.msc

As a test, I connected a Corsair M65 gaming mouse (direct and via core) and it works flawlessly.

Any shared observations and/or tips would be appreciated before I raise with support.

Thanks

update:

Looks like I'm the only one.
I did some testing and found the following:

Removed Synapse version 2 software (which has NAGA mouse driver 6.2.9200.16391)
Installed Synapse version 3 software (which has NAGA mouse driver 10.0.15063.0)

Immediately this version performs a lot better but still has momentary freezing especially if you lift the mouse off the pad when the DPI setting it high. Only problem is Synapse 3 isn't fully chroma compatible with my hardware.

Removing all Synapse software and using the generic HID driver works near flawlessly.

Do you mind sending me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can look into possible firmware fixes and if the device supports surface calibration?
