Windows 10 2004 update removed my device

Hi,

Yesterday I plugged my new Tartarus v2, could remap it via Synapse 3 and change the colors via Chroma.
Worked with no issues.
Then I installed the latest Windows 10 update 2004, and my device is not detected by Synapse anymore.

First thing I did : plugged the Tartarus in another USB port. No change.
I restarted the PC, no change.
Then I uninstalled the driver and all Razer software, restarted the computer,
downloaded them from the site and installed, but to no avail.

So I'm sitting here with my new product from yesterday that's not working anymore.

Are you working on a fix with microsoft and how long it will take to repair your driver?
Does anybody have the same issue?
The only solution I have is to reinstall windows in order to go back to its previous update, I guess.

Okay I have the solution.

After removing any driver/programs from Razer, I had to make a deeper cleaning of all Razer keys in the registry with Revo uninstaller, I think you can also try with CCleaner.
I plugged my tartarus in another usb port and it finally could install and run Synapse normally.

I'm not sure who's at fault here, but if it's possible to tell Razer to make a 'clean' uninstall of their product it would be welcome.

But it works now, glad my profiles were saved through Razer's cloud, time to play again!
