I have been using my Basilisk V2 for roughly a year now, and suddenly it began to freeze up at random times. At first I thought the issue may have been a bad sensor but further testing proved that false. The mouse seemingly disconnected. I ended up ordering a replacement which functioned smoothly for the day I spent using it. I then ordered a Basilisk V3 which has been working amazingly for 4 days now. Just a couple hours ago, the mouse began to freeze up for over 30 seconds at a time. When this occured, all RGB reset and became random (keyboard, mouse, mousepad, headphones, etc...)
To test, I uninstalled Synapse 3 which completely fixed my issues. This is not ideal, though. Anybody have any experience with this issue and can help me remedy it?

I'd try also removing all razer drivers with this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj and also use CCleaner software to cleanup your PC (and registry). After this restart PC, try to install Synapse as administrator and check behaviour.
I forgot to mention this previously, but I ended up fully reinstalling Windows to try and solve this issue. Did not change a thing.
