Wireless Mamba RGB settings lost at reboot

Just installed synapse 3 and went ahead and created a user profile since it was not optional or appeared that way. Anyways before with the previous synapse version I could use a guest profile and tweak the RGB no problem and the settings would hold even after reboot.

Now there doesn't appear to be a guest profile option or it's in a different place. So does that mean I have to log in just to change the RGB settings or turn them on? That's unreasonable if that's the case, for what I paid for this should be able to configure it without logging into the internet. Any tips/advice would be welcome!

That's odd. After installing the Razer Synapse 3.0, it will give you the option to sign in with your Razer ID or continue as a guest user. Can you send me a video showing the issue, including your Synapse 3.0 logs? Save the files to any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your PM so I can help you initiate an investigation.
False alarm, guest mode is working fine now after booting up my pc last night. Spent 3 hours getting Synapse installed due to downloading the wrong *.exe file. Still don't know how that happened but windows defender kept shutting it down since it was identifying it as something other than synapse. Anyways long story short it's working fine now and thanks for getting back with me.

I'm glad that it is working okay again. Don't hesitate to send me a ping or submit or submit a case to our Support Team should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
