Wolverine not working

Around last year I bought the wolverine controller for X1. It was working just fine until recently. When it’s plugged in the lights are on but it’s not being picked up by the xbox at all. It’s not the cable (if I plug it into a different controller the cable works just fine). No button is doing anything whatsoever. Does anyone have any idea on what the problem could be?
