Wolverine Pro v2 ps5

Bought the new ps5 Wolverine pro v2 for ps5 doesn’t work at all. I tried plugged in and wireless it’s fully charged and set the switches correct on the back. Only the O buttons works nothing else. Sticks don’t move anything on screen d-pad doesn’t work. Only thing I can do on the ps5 is click the O button to back out of a screen nothing else worked. Connected to the iPhone software fine I tried different settings worked said it switch them on the controller but still no luck. Seems like a lemon
