Wolverine V2 Destiny 2 Issues

Has anyone had issues using the Wolverine V2 (XBOX) controller with Destiny 2? I tried using it on my PC and it was auto aiming down sights like i was pulling the trigger even though i wasnt. Does the same thing on the XBOX version as well. However if i switch over to say Call Of Duty, the controller performs flawlessly. Looking for insight on how to fix or if i need to get a new controller. Controller is also only a couple months old.

When using it on Xbox, are you playing the same game? Try to reinstall Destiny 2, then use the controller to check if it yields the same issue. If it does, please send me the serial number via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions.
