Hi guys,

I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V2 for Xbox (yesterday) and after plugging in my headset (Astro A10's), my microphone volume is set to a ridiculously low volume to the point my headset doesn't detect me speaking.

I have done audio tests as well as joined party chat with friends to test this out, both have the same outcome, nothing is detected unless I blow/hit the mic or do something really loud. So the microphone definitely works but by default the volume has been set so low I cannot use it.

I have turned my mic monitoring up to 100% via Xbox party, but unfortunately there's not much more I can do because the controller doesn't allow you to edit your microphone volume (unlike all my others). I've resorted to going back to my Microsoft controller and the microphone works perfectly so it's definitely an issue with the Wolverine, any ides please guys? Otherwise I am going to return it and likely steer clear of Razer products.
