    I would like to apologize if any misinformation has been provided to you about the current status of your inquiry. In case of a rejection of an order, depending on the payment operator used, a refund transaction process may take some time before it is finished. The processing time of that depends solely on the payment operator, as such we are not able to influence it unfortunately. The issue with card payments in particular, is that the card operator has to contact the card issuer and your bank through official means, which takes time, however you can be sure that your money is on its way to your bank account.

    HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. ARE YOU HERE TO BE A HYPOCRITE? Please do not spread your lies and false testimonies around the forum. I dont even know why are you here in the first place. I assure you 200% my card operator is honest to a fault, the only reason being my money has not been transacted its YOU who are holding the transaction. You can say all you want, but only numbers will tell the truth. It has already been almost 2 months, 2 months of time wasted in dealing with g2a.

    My worst experience online probably seems stupid compared to your guys' stories. Mine is really simple I was playing Minecraft when someone asked me to trade a rare item for 1bil on a prison server. I gave him the item he gave me 1$ then left. I got really pissed and didn't go back on that sever for a while

    G2A is a so shit. I have personally experience this nonsense before. G2A is the definitely the worest experience I have encountered online. They are just a bunch of all talk no action, says they will make it up or solve your issue. In the end, only time will be the solution, as we would've forgotten and move on. Money is on the way? Where is my money after so long. I have called and ran around the place just to get my money back. Yet nothing. Money stuck with G2A. What to do? To never do anything with G2A again.

    YEAH MAN! What crap they said with the 24/7 helpline. Waited for 24/7 and no one responded. From queue number 5 jumped tp queue number 16 har har very funny. Fedex is so much better than them

    When you play league of legends on draft pick and the enemy team doesn't ban zed (I wanted to play zed) then you tell your team DONT BAN ZED... And the last player on your team bans zed... Then feeds the entire game.

    my worst was when my origin/bf3 account got stolen.
    Contacted ea/origin and after months and months of emails(around 9 months) to them I was getting nowhere. I even had the BF3 cd and box and the receipt for the game and they couldn't even give me a new copy of bf3 let alone get my stolen account back :slightly_sad:

    when my Ran Online account has hacked :slightly_sad: i spent nearly 15k Php for it in terms of buying online items excluding the payment for the computer rent since during that time i dont have my own computer.

    Man i must say the worst experience online has to be purchasing stuffs online, especially from places like ebay where it could be a 50/50 chance of a good or bad experience. I have had bad experience with them, where shipper said they ship the item, item never came, tried resolving with the seller and then to the ebay and paypal and dragged on for months just pure craps, back and forth. Yeah that was terrible. Further more, purchasing online lead to credit card theft and so forth, seen it happened to someone i know and its really not fun.
