WSDA movement keys get stuck on. Tartarus V2

When trying to play a game, some games more than others, the movement keys get stuck on and I have to click the button again to get it to shut off. This started happening last year especially on Dayz probably because there is a lot of running in the game. It did not happen all the time and I did not know if it was my old computer or possible software interfering with each others process. I just built a new computer Ryzen 5 5600, 3080 gpu and a B550 motherboard. I also picked up the RC 30 gaming mouse thinking that might help.

Fresh install of everything. Now Tartarus V2 gets me killed everyday. No matter what game I play I constantly have the WASD buttons spam until I double click to get it to stop. HELP

how to fix spamming

I have bought the Red Dragon mechanical game pad and have absolutely none of the issues that I was having with Razer products. Also I do not have to wait for the constant updates Razer Synapses is doing that sometimes resets my Tartarus custom settings to default causing me to stop the process of joining a game with my friends until I have reset the gamepad. This post has been up for weeks with no response.
NO support, many delays, constant interruptions.
For Sale, barely used Tartarus V2 gamepad.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Tartarus V2's concern. Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue occurred (e.g. spilled liquid, etc)? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer and see if the issue persists? By the way, have you contacted our Support Team by submitting a case? If you haven't, please send me a PM together with your computer's Synapse logs and device serial number that starts with "SN". Let's continue our conversation there.
