This restriction makes RB advance not be able to user WSL2 for work.
Are there a possibility to ask support to upgrade the window pro ?

Hm. I have WSL running perfectly fine on the regular Windows (non-pro) installation on my Blade.
The instructions also don't mention anything about it, and the FAQ explicitly lists Windows 10 Home as being supported.
Where are you reading that it doesn't work?

What's the error message and step you're stuck on?
I was able to get WSL 2 up and running just now.
You should be able to just follow the instructions I linked above. Here are the extra things I needed to pay attention to:
1. Re-enabling Hyper-V. I disabled it for some other thing before.
2. Start menu -> "Apps & features" -> "Programs and Features" (nested underneath "Related settings" at the bottom of the page) -> "Turn Windows features on or off" (on the left sidebar) -> Make sure "Virtual Machine Platform" and "Windows Hypervisor Platform" are enabled
As usual, make sure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.
