Xbox Series X, Razer Headphone app is barely functioning right.

Can someone from your software dev/support team please fix the UI for the Razer headphones app? The workings are atrocious... one can rip their hair out trying to make changes to any of the sliders for EQ; volumes, normalization etc. This software is BROKEN and should be fixed ASAP... possibly before pushing Axon software to users??? I tried using this app for my Kaira Pro Wireless and it is simply too frustrating to use. Why have software if it just frustrates the enduser. Also.. if the Xbox app cannot be addressed,,, then add it to the mobile Android app... why is there such a disconnect between products and how they are used? I love the earphones, sans intermittent crackling and odd noises, but please.... address this issue... this app would be rejected by both Apple and Google if you tried to submit to their app stores.
