Now, I know that Xbox Series X is a console and although we do make controllers and other peripherals for the Xbox Series of consoles, first and foremost, we're all gamers and I think that's what makes the Xbox Series X so exciting. Microsoft understands that gamers are gamers, regardless of platform. We can PCMR all day, but in the end, we all want to play some good games. With Xbox Series X, they've created an ecosystem that everyone can enjoy. The key lies with Game Pass. If you want the best console-couch experience you can play on an Xbox. Many titles will be timed exclusive on the console before hitting Game Pass where you will be able to play it on PC or mobile with xCloud. The best part? You only have to pay for the game once! So if you're a PC gamer you can still enjoy Xbox Series X games on Game Pass! It's a win-win.
I'm really excited that Microsoft focused on giving gamers a flexible experience instead of putting a lot of energy into a tech war with Sony. I can use my Blade to play Xbox Series X games and still have an option to buy into a console if I wanted a better couch experience. I love this consumer first approach and I'm looking forward to see what happens next.
