Your profile did not transfer successfully to your device's white on-board memory slot

I cant set my keybinds. I bought a razer naga trinity mouse today and everything worked, I set the key binds and lighting and everything. After playing for 30 minutes, I changed the same buttons to different keys. Then when I tried to save, I get the error "your profile did not transfer successfully to your device's white on-board memory slot" with a red icon. My sensitivity is also broken now, im stuck on a slow sensitivity and I cant change it and now im going insane bc its so slow.

I fixed it by restarting my computer, it seems the software bugs a lot. The simple way to fix almost any bug is to restart your computer bc it resets your devices along with the software.

I have the same problem. Using latest synapse

had my razer naga for about a year. got the error today for the first time, had to reboot PC to resolve it.
lately SW have been getting quite slow at switching between profiles, and sometimes it doesn't do it at all.
