All the Razer products I've used were of great quality and I only buy them from the Razer store.

you are right, here I was happy that my hammerheads had arrived, but they are totally fake, they have exactly the same serial number IN1350091G01522 and it is printed in the box instead of printed in a stick. Also, literally all of the other differences pointed out by you match, I have no doubt mine are fake. This sucks, the seller swore it was genuine, the bastard.

Note: I've googled the serial number. It pops up in multiple sources with different languages too. Usually from people revolted after trying to activate the warranty but having no success. I'm glad I found out when I still have a chance to punish the seller for trying to fool me and get a full refund.

Always buy your Razer product from authorized store and if are buying online, buy from Razerstore. I don't trust those selling on website that is cheap.

You seem very passionate about fry's electronic store :big_grin_:. P.S. I noticed some Logitech gear made it into the Razer display case.

I agree. I buy all of my products from the Razer store or an authorized Razer distributor.

I agree completely! Not to say that there aren't honest sellers on eBay, I've personally heard too many horror stories to even want to risk it. Plus I don't really have much faith in the eBay protection system, as not too long ago I had issues with a $100 steam wallet card using a $10 of $100 eBay coupon. The coupon applied correctly and even reflected the correct new total on my order confirmation screen, yet after submitting the order I was still charged $100. Luckily I tend to take screenshots prior to placing an order just in case something goes wrong, but sadly not even that helped as eBay told me there is nothing they can do. If they can't even guarantee me to be charged the correct amount reflected during my final checkout screen, and won't even help me when I show them physical evidence such as a screenshot of my checkout cart plus a link to the promotion which was still active and on their own website, then I don't feel like I can comfortably shop there. And even if I didn't mind shopping at eBay, when it comes to electronics I strictly stick to the official stores or authorized sellers.

i've seen alot of questionable razer products on kijiji for dirt cheap. 15 dollar bnib razer mouses etc... With all the fakes out there i'd buy all my razer products directly from authorized retailers.

I've returned the fake crap and been refunded. I should have taken some pictures of it for you guys to see but it happened all too quickly. I returned it on the same day it was received. I have to add that to an amateur, they are totally legit, no doubt, it's freaking identical. It's only when you plug them and start listening to the horrible shitty sound coming out of those speakers that you start to question the product. It's pretty much the same quality of those headphones they give you when flying cross-country.

I also gave the seller a negative feedback. The seller said he didn't know, he claimed he was fooled just as I was by him, but by his source. I don't believe that for one second but even if it were true, he's either dishonest or unprofessional, in both cases one would deserve a negative feedback...

But I decided to post here just to alert people. Lots of sellers will lie to the end to protect their integrity instead of coming true. Unfortunately the market is infested with those types of people. So to have a good experience it's imperative to buy Razer products only from authorized retailers. Otherwise it's most certain one would end up with a fake copy.

    For me personally, lesson learned.

I thought aliexpress sells some genuine stuff? I almost bought from one of the stores once, it had a high rating though

What the heck is up with those giant painting/murals of golf courses on the wall?

Anyways more importantly, WHY are there Logitech, Strix, Creative, and other non-Razer products in the display? I feel disgusted and defiled. I am requesting you to demand your local Fry's to fix that eyesore.

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Nice pics ramsey, thanks for taking them. I wish my Fry's would get their crap together to put together an amazing display like this. They have one for Apple (ugh), but not Razer :\

  14. In UK (London) I did not find a Razer store around me but guys if you are in London and cannot to, try going to your local GAME stores not all of them will have Razer products but some have a section of all up to date Razer products including the chroma ones.
