Dear Fellows RΛZΞR's fans, Year End and Christmas holiday season is very soon, most of the members here I believed has kept some good RΛZΞR Silver in your account. The issue I personally encountered is the RS Redemption list items which does not interest me (e.g. games and some lower end peripherals) and also some of the items are out of stock.

Why not RΛZΞR include like RΛZΞR Phones or RΛZΞR Laptop in the Redemption list, like RΛZΞR Blade Stealth are too higher cost it can redeem as cash voucher of RS200,000 or RS300,000 in order for fans to purchase with cash. I'm sure RΛZΞR team can always work it out.

Lastly but not least, the Redemption list used to have interesting third parties partner voucher or gift card like Battle.net, Domino's Pizza and etc. If RΛZΞR could bring it back it will be even better for the fans.

Please VOTE and let RΛZΞR hear our voices. Thank you.

What do you wish Razer to add in the RS Redemption list? (3 Votes)

I'm guessing they'll never add laptops or the phones in the silver catalog, mostly because they are Razer's primary way of income. Imagine if they would do it tho, how many would still choose to buy them with real cash and how much loss will it be from those on the catalog, it's just financial stuff. As per the vouchers, i agree there should be added again, i think they sold in the first days. And to some other extent 300k silvers is the cap, and that was the original amount for some keyboards and expensive things. How much silvers should they ask for some laptops and phones?

Totally agreed with you, that's why I suggested cash voucher. e.g. like RS200k or RS300k.

Definitely! The team are continuously working together with RazerStore.com to expand the shipping coverage for Razer product redemptions as well as to include latest Razer Peripherals, 3rd party coupon or cash voucher, Respawn voucher, and more Steam games in the future to fulfill both end of the value spectrum.

As for that amount of cash voucher that you mentioned, it would be impossible for Razer to offer that huge amount of cash voucher since this type of unreasonable request had resulted them in reducing the daily zSilver that you are able to earn daily in the past from Cortex. The most possible maximum cash voucher they would be able offer might be USD100 unless it's for event the value might be more depending on their budget as well.

Totally not agreed with USD100 Cash Voucher is Max, Let's assume RS130,000 is around USD100, Cheapest Razer blade is around USD1,100. So if Razer could came out a USD200 or USD250 Cash Voucher it will definitely boosting the sales of Razer for sure. It just a simple math, I'm sure Razer knows how to calculate that.

It's your wish and your voices.
I can't do anything about that but I can tell you that it will not happened unless it's physical event only. For that amount of USD200, they will usually deduct directly under promotion event or discount code issued. No cash voucher shall be provided at that value.
