Hey everyone I was just wondering if it's possible to transfer my zsilver to a new account (I have made a new razer I'd since there was an issue with my synapse causing my krakens to not work) thanks.
i've been wondering as well but haven't seen an option anywhere. maybe getting someone from razer directly will give more insight
I dont know if you can transfer zSilver but do you have Surround Pro ? If yes , look if there is maybe another Audio Input chosen (I have a virtual cable and when this is chosen I cant hear anything) because this could be a possible reason why you cant hear anything.
Not at present, I don't know if they would allow transfers as it would be easily exploitable (multiple cortext open via virtual machines all transfer to one account)
No my error was that 'the parameter is incorrect' got this everytime I clicked on the headphones in synapse even after factory resetting my blade. I fixed it by using a new razer account on synapse and I wanted to know if I could transfer my zsilver to this account so all my razer accounts have the same email address. But seems like this is not possible
The best option is to contact Razer support, that way you get the best answer for your question, but I cannot see any reason to why this wont be possible.
You should definitely reach out to Razer Synapse support. Provide them with more information so they have more to work with so it doesn't have to take more time replying back and forth to sort things out.
