zSilver Rewards

    I've noticed that the majority of the zSilver rewards are vouchers in the razer store. They are shown to be $10 off, $20 off etc. If anyone who has purchased that is somewhere from out of the US do they know if the rewards are claimable outside of the US?
    And if so, does anyone know if when purchased it transfers the 10 USD into GBP which would be around £8. Just seeing if its worth doing that or getting to one of the rewards. Thanks!

    Honestly I think you should send a ticket to Support asking for that since the same question was already made in another topic and I think the person never had an answer

    For the record, while we are happy to help, community mods don't actually work for Razer. So it would be better to ask one of the official staff. That being said, I do kind of know alot of people that work at Razer so sometimes I am able to get answers for you guys. So we are always happy to help and generally have resources to do so, but try and go through official channels if you can.

    Hi!

    The zSilver rewards voucher are not claimable outside of Razer physical retail stores. You may refer to our zSilver FAQ to know more on the Terms and Conditions.

    When you enter the voucher code on RazerStore, it will automatically convert to its equivalent GBP value based on current currency exchange rates.
