So after some months of waiting the Nommo is added (not the Chroma but oh well). I have enough zsilver for it and as I see on the EU store it ships to Hungary. (I can order it)
Its says it ships for free because its over 100€, I don't think it still will be free when I apply the code. (but PLEASE correct me)

So does anybody know the shipping price? I've seen some sayings of 43€, but I don't want to believe it.
Is there anyway of decreasing it? I know for a fact that it was 23€ in November (I wanted to order the leviathan but when I got the money for the shipping it went out).
I know it's still cheaper and be happy with what we got but really? 43€? I originally wanted the firefly but I can buy it locally for around 40-45€. (BTW its gone too)

I can tell you from my experience ordering with zSilver to Croatia.
I ordered both Blackwidow V2 and Nommo Chroma, and every time I had to pay for shipping (and customs fee).
Every redeeming of zSilver is sent from Hong Kong, and you have to pay for shipping price. Shipping is free for orders over 100€ only if total order doesn't contain any promotion item. That way zSilver items are excluded from that deal.

Please, someone correct me if I misunderstood something!

The best way to check the shipping price is to add the Nommo as a normal item, try to order it and see the shipping price. It's not going to give you free shipping because essentially you're paying nothing for the item.

I'm from Croatia as well, and I've never had to pay for customs :/

I highly doubt that. I think it's shipped from the same place as all normal items, that's why you select your region on the zSilver website. I've ordered the Chroma mug along some other items, and they all came in the same package, from the same destination.

By the way, the price is not 43€ anymore, it seems to change relative to the items you order. Also, they've added free shipping for 100€+ :D

Maybe it is cheaper for smaller items, but I've tried with headsets (closest thing to the nommo with <100€ price) and it said 43€. The 100€ thing is great but as you said it not apply with only coupons :D And as of right now the nommo is the only thing that I want and have enough zsilver :/ (The mouse section is kinda killed :slightly_sad: )

Well, the shipping is going to be around 43€ than. I would still recommend getting it since you'll be getting the speakers for way less than retail.

I wrote a post here on Insider about my experience when I was redeeming Nommo Chroma. I paid total over 100€ to get them (~60€ shipping and ~40€ customs and tax). Maybe you were lucky enough, so customs didn't bother you. :smile_:
IIRC, someone mentioned in one topic here on the Insider that somewhere in rules about zSilver is written that orders from vouchers are sent from Hong Kong. Also, I believe that I saw on my shipping record for items that I redeemed that was written Hong Kong as a source of shipment.

Maybe it's sent from different locations on an item-to-item basis?

Could be. But I would like so much that all orders for Europe are sent from their storage in Europe. That way there wouldn't be any customs fee, and shipment fee could be lower.
