Razer Ornata v3 Ghosting

got mine 2 days ago, still same problem, good thing razer has RMA so you can return it if you already bought it.

I did an online test. I get up to 6 key presses at once in some instances, but pressing WASD + Q or WASD + E it won’t register. Some say it is firmware problem,  but considering the built in software Razer Synapse 3 (which controls the RGB lights) doesn’t work and I was forced to download OpenRGB instead, i think i will scrap this one and buy a new one.

Is the ghosting issues with the ORnata v3 still ongoing, or are newer models better, or have the fixed it using firmware updates?

is it something to fix with a update or is it a hardware problem?

Hi! I just purchased the Ornata V3 X low-profile keyboard, and right out of the box, I have an issue with my Caps Lock key, very similar issue to these mentioned. Combination Caps Lock + WASD. If I single-press the Caps Lock key, caps lock turns on and off, as it should. If I press and hold the Caps Lock key in games where Caps Lock is my sprinting key, then I am unable to strafe left and right, only while I am holding down the Caps Lock key. When I long-press (hold down) the Caps Lock key, none of my other keyboard keys work. 
I tried this keyboard on two different laptops where holding caps lock and sprinting is not an issue, but it still persists on the Ornata V3 X keyboard. I uninstalled the Razer Synapse softwares and the issue still persists. I tried it on every available USB-A port on two different PCs, including a USB-C adapter, and the issue still persists. The keyboard is only 3 days old, and I have only used it very briefly before discovering this issue. There are no physical defects, no dirt or grime, no liquid spills, and nothing is obstructing the keys. I updated ALL BIOS, firmware, softwares, and drivers on my PCs as well as installed the latest Windows updates. All keyboard and mouse drivers have been uninstalled and re-installed. I tested again on two different PCs with this keyboard, tested with three different games, and this issue still persists with this Caps Lock key not working with other keys. There are no macro changes to the Caps Lock key. 
As a further test, when all else failed to correct the issue, I swapped my Caps Lock key with my Scroll Lock key. The issue stays with the physical Caps Lock key. It does not swap with the macro key swap. Also, in my games settings, if I change my keybinding so that sprint is Left Shift, instead of Caps Lock, I can use Left Shift to sprint and I am able to strafe side to side and jump (space bar) fine. 
The Caps Lock key works fine if it just press it to turn Caps on and off, but not if I hold it while using other keys. So the issue is most likely with the encoding software for the keyboard/firmware, specifically for the function of the Caps Lock key. It’s ‘possible’ the issue is related to compatibility with the USB drivers on the PC, because there are a lot of people posting issues with intermittent function and use, and having to factory reset these keyboards for spamming, not working, etc. 

Your best bet is to see if it is under warranty to have it replaced or take it back to the store you purchased it from if you are still within the store’s return policy, with receipt.

I hope this helps others. I contacted Razer Support, I am returning the keyboard to the store, because it is under warranty. I just hope it doesn’t hop right back on the shelf for someone else to have to deal with. 

So that’s it? This keyboard is just bad and it won’t be changed? Man, I bought one three weeks ago and I felt something was wrong but I couldn’t tell. Such a disappointment.

Bought the keyboard literally a couple of days ago. Noticed the problem and tested key registering. At the moment found a couple of non-working combinations:

A+W+E, D+W+Q, W+E+D, Q+W+any key in the top row, A+D+any key in the middle row(except S). Yeah, the keyboard really registers up to 6 simultaneous pressed key, but those keys must be really different from each other.

I would be really grateful for a solution, ‘cause i’s kinda really annoying in games to stop strafing for pressing Q or E.
