Mice and Surfaces

Evening lads and gals, Earlier today my mouse was working fine via the dongle (connected to the USB port on the charging dock), when I came back home few hours ago it wasn't working fine at all and all of a sudden it started freezing after I moved it for a certain distance (repeatedly), clicks and scrolls didn't register immediately and would have taken several attempts until they would register. I've already tried the following: Connect it directly with the USB cable - the mosue was still not working properly and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, working for less than a second between each disconnection/reconnection so I couldn't reach anything on the screen. Use it via BT on my work laptop (it was already paired before the issue started) and it didn't work on the laptop via BT as well. Updated Synapse didn't help. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse didn't help. Uninstall the device from the device manager, restarted the PC for it to automatically install the device

My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine,but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz   4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz     125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. USB Powersave mode offBios USB PowerShare off  

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

Hello, I´ve been looking around on the internet for an sollution but i can´t seem to find one. So the problem is. My button 4 and 5 on the side of the mouse aren´t working anymore. I never had this problem before but recently they quit working. The weird thing is. After i push in both the side buttons 4 and 5 and the 2 buttons on top. They both work for like 10 seconds again. I also just found out: if i hold one of the 2 side buttons for like 2 seconds they both start working again for like 30 seconds. I really have no idea what i can do to fix this. Is it some weird option/setting from the mouse that turns dissables the side buttons and when i hold them for a small amount of time it turns on both buttons. Thanks for reading and mayby offer an sollution.

I create a macro and start it (assigned to a mouse key) but my mouse is going to sleep after 5 minutes and the macro stops. I can change the time to 15 minutes max but I want to disable the sleep mode. I need this macro to work 1 hour. How can I prevent the mouse from sleep?

I turned off my pc last night and when I boot it back up this morning the dongle is not working. Every application to sync my mouse and dongle constantly sais failed but my pc is detecting the dongle. when attempting to update it keeps  going back to update like nothing happend. 

Hi !Please help. I cannot update the firmware using firmware updater. After I run it, it asks me to insert a usb dongle, so I do. But then nothing happens, there is no error but the update stays at 0% and doesn't progress. . The mouse itself works on 2.4 and via bluetooth. Tried it on several computers (Win 11 and Win10, also tried running the updater as Administrator).  

Hi!  We purchased a Basilisk v3 mouse from GameStop the other day.  When using it, the mouse disconnects from Windows each time the mouse is lifted from the mat.  It reconnects when the mouse is placed back down.  This was tested on two different computers (one Win10, the other Win11) with the same result.  We tried multiple USB ports and the issue continued.  Has anyone else encountered this, and what do you recommend?  Thanks!

Hi, I have DeathAdder V2 Pro for almost a year now and rubber where my thumb is pretty worn out now. How come rubber got worn out that fast ? Is there any way to replace it ?

Hi guys, I recently bought a deathadder v3 pro and when I try to connect it wirelessly to my pc it doesn't detect anything even the usb dongle itself. (You know when you plug a device into the pc there will be a sound that windows make, that sound doesn't even sound off when I plug in the usb dongle.) But when I plug it into the wired one it's working, Synapse detects it. I tried all the usb ports available on my pc. I tried it on my brother's pc also still the same result.

If you do a quick search you will find nearly a hundred different posts and comments detailing issues with this mouse! (even more including reddit). How has Razer gotten away with not doing anything about this, especially when it is apparent the issue is with their firmware and software updates. If you buy a product from a company, and they push an update that breaks your device, are they not required to fix it? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?!?!?!?!?I’ve linked some threads below so you can see what I’m talking about, they must know about this right!? RMA won’t fix a thing if it’s their fault these mice are breaking! I feel like I’m losing my mind, is there any way to make Razer give us an answer!!! As per the title, for some reason when i use the middle button on my mouse and click it in, my PC is no longer registering the input properly, and this started happening a few months ago but have just been living with it. I have tried removing the device from my PC completely, as far as uninstallation and such, as well as reinstalling the software and drivers, and just have no idea what is going on. I did also try with and without Synapse just to see if it made a difference. The programmable side button had stopped working for a little bit as well, but just recently i noticed i was able to use it again so im not sure if that means my mouse is having a defective issue or what. Has anyone ever experiences this and found a fix? it is less than a year old so i should just use the warranty on it, but would like to make sure it is for sure not just something on my end. I also am running Windows 10, have tried in every game i have and used the mouse on my PS5 with MW2 and had the same issues.

Hey, So, I have the following problem.I remapped my 12 side buttons to the numpad with Synapse 3. After that, I wanted to save them to the on-board memory. But how does that work? Synapse 3 does not show the save button next to the profile name.Or is that not possible with Naga V2 Hyperspeed? It says, the mouse has on-board storage for one profile.I just wanted to deinstall Synapse asap after I remapped my side buttons.  Thanks in advanceCheers! 

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device.There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot.This is cursed  behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over 4 years.Some Razer engineer  screwed up big time here, so please provide a firmware update as soo

My Razer DeatherAdder scroll wheel does not consistently work when scrolling up or down.  When scrolling it bounces around and may go down when scrolling up and vice versa.  It has been doing this for awhile and I have been dealing with it, but thought I would reach out to see if there was a fix.  I performed all the tests, firmware, testing on another computer, using compressed air, etc…  My device should still be under warranty and I do have a video available showcasing the issue (which I am sure Razer is aware of already..) Thanks!

Hello, I have a problem with the mouse Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, I can not update the firmware v2.00.03_r1, the dongle is updated, but the mouse is not updated, gives an error, what to do?  

I recently purchased the Basilisk V3 Pro with the wireless charging station. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now. When I first got it, I had a hard time getting it to charge wirelessly but after unplugging the doc and reinserting the puck, it started to work.  2 days ago, it was to about 4% battery so I put it on the charger during my break and it charged up a bit. The dock lit up red and went up to about 10%. All good there. I finished my workday and put it back on the charger. Again, it lit up red like it was charging. I left it alone and when I went to use it today, the dock was cycling through the colors and the mouse is unresponsive. I have unplugged and replugged the dock, removed the charging puck, cleaned the pins, and put it back on the charger. Nothing. So I plugged it in via USB to my computer to try that. Again, nothing. I have also tried the reset with the left, right, and center buttons but it didn’t do anything either. I’m fairly confident its completely dead since it was

When my controller was connected, and I was playing divinity 2, it started blinking red in a pretty concerning way. Never happened before, wondering if that's an error warning. Also, recently been having bad double-clicking issues. The mouse's click registration is not linked to the physical click anymore. Mouse is dying?
