Mice and Surfaces

When my controller was connected, and I was playing divinity 2, it started blinking red in a pretty concerning way. Never happened before, wondering if that's an error warning. Also, recently been having bad double-clicking issues. The mouse's click registration is not linked to the physical click anymore. Mouse is dying?

My naga trinity scroll up and down do not work (side movements work fine). It was working fine and then the day later it just stopped. Part of me thinks it might be a windows update issue as I remember running that after a holiday (it was working prior to updates). It could also be hardware but the side scrolls work. Tried compressed air, reinstall synapse, tried the other two side attachments etc… The Naga trinity is not listed under drivers so I cannot manually download them, where would these be located? used the windows auto install method for that. Any help would be great thanks

Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked.I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.

Recently purchased a DA v3 pro and when I play valorant, I can notice micro stutters, im not sure if its my FPS dropping or not, I don't think it is. But I have tried some solutions like changing my polling rate from 1000hz -> 500hz. This change helps a little but its still there. I'm not too sure what to do, as this annoys / effects my performance quite a bit. Edit - Sorry forgot to mention that, I'm unsure if its a hardware issue because ive cleaned my sensor multiple times aswell as the dongle is close to my mouse and I've done a firmware update

I’m looking for a mouse with 12 side buttons like a keypad, and three large click buttons on top, like the Logitech G600 has, but without buying anything from Logitech. Most of the Razer ones I’ve seen only has 2 large ones on top like a traditional mouse, and I really like that third button for my ring finger. The Naga Trinity has that little spot on the side, but I don’t know if that’s a button or not.  

So basically i was using my pc normally, but minutes after when i moved my mouse i felt something under the mouse it was making every one of my movements terrible. I checked and saw the big plastic film under it that was covering the entire mouse wearing off, i thought it was some kind of protective plastic that needs to be removed after buying the mouse so i removed the plastic and the surface was so sticky. When i move the mouse now it feels terrible and it just scratches the bottom of the mouse i wanted to learn if i can do something about it or at least if i can buy that plastic film. Hello everyone, I am a long time Naga user (since the original naga) and before that I had the original dearhadder. Every razer mouse I had lasted me at least 2 years, some lasted 5. I recently purchased razer naga x from amazon. After connecting it to my PC, I found it disconnecting every time I plugged it in,  works for 2 seconds then disconnects completely. Tried everything; including deleting and reinstalling synapse, changing the USB port, using it on other computers,. to no avail.  Is there any fix?

I bought this mouse because I heard it was the highest rated razer mouse or one of them. I've loved it, best thing mouse I've ever used. Which made it all the more upsetting when it all of a sudden started not really working. While playing a game, sitting and waiting in said game for a friend, started moving again and realized my mouse (which was connected through USB dongle at the time) started moving then stopping, moving then stopping, like it was cutting in and out. Restarted my pc, nothing. When I try using the cord it makes the sound of something connecting and disconnecting repeatedly, which I found strange because it wasn't making that sound when just using the dongle, it seemed to be worse when using the cord. Hello there, Unfortunatelly my puppy (dog) destroyed my 2,4GHz Receptor for my viper v2 pro (it didn't last 24h since I bougth it). Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho

my viper mini just disconnects and reconnects midway through games. i dont knw what causes it but it disconnects for 1-3 seconds on average sometimes more. i have tried multiple usb ports, still the same. the firmware is fully updated but its still not working. i have tried everything and im not the only one with this problem. pleade help

razer is crap! got a bunch of razer products for my new gaming laptop and most of the have software or hardware problems. basilisk ultimate's USB dongle needs to be removed and re-inserted while the mouse is turned off, after every shutdown. also, after a few sec. of not moving the mouse, or watching a movie the mouse clicks are not responding. need to do CTRL ALT DEL for them to return... sometimes remove the dongle and re-insert... this time leaving the mouse ON. also got 2x firefly v2 mouse pads and even though the computer recognizes both, you can adjust the colors of only one of them via the razer app. so basically one is always with the default wave while the other is programmable ... contacted razer but no response what so ever... also the mouse battery get to 0 very fast!!! my old microsoft or logitech were much better! and they are always on standby for whenever this shitty razer acts up. it was a mistake wasting so much money on razer products!

I want the RAZER NAGA HEX V2 back. The layout was perfect for me and it was build to last. I've had 3 Naga Trinity since, but the build quality isn't on par with the Hex v2. I now use the Naga pro v2 but i't's 6 number faceplate layout isn't what I want, so I slapped the trinity hex panel on the pro although it doesn't give me access to the “7” button.  The Naga Pro v2 built quality is on par with the Naga Hex V2, but the trinity isn't.PLEASE!! Either give us the Hex V2 back, or make a side panel for the Naga V2 PRO that resembles the one on the trinity. 

As the title suggests I want to replace my mouse’s side panel as its reliability has declined, is this a service you can provide?

I’M LOOKING FOR THE NAGA V2 HYPERSPEED SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED SOME SOFTWARE BUT IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. THE SOFTWARE WON’T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY MOUSE. I NEED IT TO PROGRAM ALL THE BUTTONS. I’M USING A MAC BOOK PRO. RAZER REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE SUPPORT FOR APPLE MAC.

Same symptoms as this post: Deathadder V2 Pro mouse - bluetooth stopped working | Razer Insider Bluetooth mode on my mouse suddenly stopped working! I use 2.4 for my PC and bluetooth for my Mac. 2.4 mode is working just fine. When I switch the mouse to bluetooth mode, the Razer logo light never turns on. Triggering the pairing mode (how-to here) does not work. The Razer logo does not blink, and never turns on at all when in bluetooth mode or trying to pair. Attempts to fix: On my Mac I have removed the razer mouse device.  Charging the mouse to full battery Updating the firmware  licking the razer logo (not bad, but recommend cleaning before and after). Thanks

Hello, I bought a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed and I love it. While there is nothing wrong with the mouse usually I try to keep my things updated. The mouse firmware appears to be on 1.0.5.0. The “Software and Firmware Updates for Razer Peripherals” page does not list the V3 X Hyperspeed firmware currently. Is that a mistake? How can you update the firmware for it?

I'm a long-time Basilisk user with large hands who loves the shape and thumb rest, but the V3 Pro is way too heavy for competitive FPS. I’d love to see a Basilisk V4 Pro that keeps the ergonomic design but uses the new tech from the DeathAdder V4 Pro—like the 45K sensor, Gen-4 optical switches, and lighter build. Strip the RGB, drop the weight under 80g, and it could be a serious esports contender.

My viper mini has been working fine for about 6 months but 1 week ago it suddenly stopped working, it doesn't move the pointer but all the buttons work fine, I tried it on another pc and the sensor didn't work either, someone please help me

So I have my Razer mouse (DeathAdder Elite) for about one year and I had the same exact model right before for again about an year long.
