Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35KIssue: Bluetooth stopped appearing on Windows and phone, despite working wired and via HyperSpeedSymptoms: Slow blue breathing light, profile button would not enter pairing modeWhat fixed it:Held:Left clickRight clickScroll wheel clickAll three side buttonsProfile buttonMouse entered Bluetooth pairing mode and became discoverable again. The usual left/right/middle click reset method reported for other Razer mice did not work; this combination did.(I speculate this mouse is just handsy-r lol) It's worth noting this happened after installing Synapse 4 and updating firmware and troubleshooting, Bluetooth became stuck and this method recovered it. Hope this helps, peace.   

I use a Raza Naga X (RZ01-0359) and  error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off.  The problem occurred when I launched Razer Synapse.Is there a solution for this?

While scrolling down, the mouse sometimes registers an unexpected scroll in the opposite direction and moves up. This happens frequently and affects my normal use, especially during gaming and everyday computer tasks.I purchased two Razer V2 Pro White mice, and unfortunately both devices have the same issue. This makes me believe that it may be related to the model or a possible manufacturing issue.I live in Tunisia, and returning the products to Amazon is very difficult for me. I would appreciate your assistance with a warranty solution or any troubleshooting steps you recommend. Broken piece shown in image (i’m not sure what you’d even call it), is it possible to get this replaced at all or are my options to potentially steal one from another deathadder v2 or to try and glue this back together?

I have a Razer Naga Pro Model RZ01-0342 but this guide might work for other Razer Naga models or other razer mice using the same scroll wheel encoder. Like every razer product I’ve owned a switch or sensor goes bad within a few months of warranty expiration. I have replaced D-Pad switches on my Tartarus’ (I have 3) over 40 times. Let me know if you have this issue because I found better switches for these. Anyways the scroll wheel on my Naga Pro started jumping around. I followed every tutorial, using compressed air etc. I took it apart and cleaned the optical sensor, still jumping. It seems this uses both an optical sensor and a physical encoder attached to the axis of the wheel. Looking down on the mouse this attached to the right side. This is likely what you need to replace. I was able to find one on Aliexpress for under $4 including shipping.  My Razer Viper Mini's clicks and RGB lighting are working fine, but the mouse cursor won't move. windows11 update KB5094126 breaks my mouse Razer Deathadder V3. Have uninnstalled the update and immediatley works again. stopped auto updates for a few weeks to see if issue would be solved, but after it installed again, again the mouse stopped working and again I uninstalled said update. Anyone having the same issue?

Hello,Since yesterday, the connection for the USB dongle on my Razer Viper Ultimate RZ01-03050100-R3G1 has been dropping repeatedly.I’ve tested it on several different PCs, always with the same result.The connection is occasionally interrupted and then restored, regardless of whether the dongle is plugged directly into the USB port or into the dock.When I connect the mouse directly with the USB cable, it works perfectly.Is it possible to replace the dongle?Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,CS 2 profile switch resets to default after searching for new game.I setuped a new profile for 8000 hz polling rate, extra for cs 2 to limit battery drain.I also tested the profile switch behavior with using a cable instead of the hyper polling dongle. Same effect.Reinstalling Synapse 4, deleting all app data files and doing the same does not work too. I assume profile switching for CS 2 is not working at all.Best regards

HelloI bought a razer v3 basilick on amazon. I checked about a week ago if it was still under warranty. My problem is with the infinity scroll: when i click the button to use it doesn't work. Tell me if ,and how, i can fix or exchange it

I bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, but I feel that the mic quality and sound volume are lower over the dongle connection than when using it via the USB cable. Also, I hear crackling sounds from the mic when listening to recordings in wireless mode!? What should I do? Has anyone faced the same issue?

Hello all, my wife got me a Razer Basilisk Ultimate as a gift, but I can’t seem to get it to connect via the wireless dongle. It works just fine with the usb cable. I looked it up and downloaded Razer’s re-pairing software, but it keeps saying it can’t reconnect the dongle to the mouse. Is there a way to buy a new dongle that’s compatible with the Basilisk Ultimate or am I just stuck hardlined?  Model number is: RC30-031701

During my trip to London, I purchased a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse with 12 side buttons and a replaceable side panel. I am attaching the purchase receipt.After setting up the mouse, I configured all my settings through Razer Synapse. Initially, the device worked flawlessly. The scroll wheel's stiffness/sensitivity settings also applied correctly at the beginning.However, after some use, only the scroll wheel settings become disabled. The scroll wheel becomes loose, as if it's spinning freely, and the stiffness/sensitivity settings I made through Synapse are no longer applied. Despite this, all other functions of the mouse work normally. The side buttons, main buttons, and macros are fine. The problem only occurs with the scroll wheel settings.To resolve this problem, I have tried the following:- Uninstalling the Razer Synapse application.- Uninstalling the relevant drivers.- Reinstalling Razer Synapse.- Reconfiguring the mouse settings.- I tested the device in both wired and 2.4 GHz wirel

My Raz V2  Works fine on Button customization my problem is I only see the Logo light up . When I bring up the Chroma I see the locations for color, but it is grayed out , not sure how to light up buttons and roller 

Has anyone else experienced problems when trying to adjust LOD on the new Viper V4 Pro? There seems to be no difference between different LOD settings, as if the mouse doesnt apply them. This becomes a problem for certain mousepads. All other settings such as DPI, polling rate etc. change and save as expected.

Hello! My mouse has had zero issues up to about 2 months ago when it suddenly stopped holding a charge.Everything I’ve tried thus far:Plugging in with a different USB-C cable in a different computer, stays at 0% Have it plugged in and it can work as a wired mouse, but as soon as it’s unplugged it immediately dies Cleaning the contact points for the input mouse port Updated firmware for both dongle and mouse itselfNothing has worked and I’m extremely concerned.I have had this mouse for not even 2 years [July 14th 2024] and this is the first consistent incident of fault that I’ve had for the past 2 months. Does anybody else have the issue of when holding down the Naga V2 Pro right mouse button whilst on a created profile in Synapse 4, it auto shifts to the default profile until the right mouse button is released? Is there any way to stop this from happening when holding down the button?
