I received today a brand new Razer Viper Ultimate. It's just fantastic. Only wonder if there is some way to show the actual battery level like in taskbar or by chroma color, without the need of opening every time Razer Synapse.. thanks alot!

Hello there, as the title states I am in the market for a mouse as I am building a new computer to get back into gaming and I remember using that mouse for a good 10 years but I don't have it anymore. I've been looking at the new razer viper and it seems quite similar in terms of dimensions. Any suggestions?

Are there mouse feet out there which don't get worn? I was born with such heavy hands, new mouse feet I start using get worn in like a day literally.

I Recently bought the Razer Basilisk Ulitmate and I am struggling on one of my Macros. I want the Macro to Hold down the X button and spam 4 and V while X i pressed down. Is this even possible in 1 macro or will this require me to press 2 mouse buttons at the same time?

I purchased my Deathadder Elite, a couple weeks ago, and I loveit, it is everything I wanted and needed, but this happened to be my second mouse from Razer, with the Razer Basilik Hyperspeed 5G, being the first, and that too, I very much enjoy and will continue to enjoy, but frankly I believe I am absolutely addicted to Razer NOW, so I purchased the awesome, and Esports rated Razer Viper and wow what a mouse. I just keep telling myself that these are extremely necessary investments, they certainly are, and no need and trying to change my mind about it lol>

I got a Razer Essential White, and I like it a lot. Except... the white LEDs are *very* bright when there's no daylight around. Here's a photo of what I mean: Is there a way to dim the LEDs or turn them off? I use this mouse on macOS, but I also have a Windows laptop where I could configure it if necessary. Thanks!

I have a Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 and a Mamba 2012 and have been extremely happy with both. However, both have started playing up (the kb has some sticky keys and the mouse left button double clicks a lot). So I'm looking to replace them and would like some advice... I'm not a gamer, just using for business and coding and have only been a two-finger typist for 50 years. But I prefer gaming devices, as I find them far better. For KBs, I was looking at the Blackwidow Elite (Green or Orange - need to find a place with both to try them) I bought a new Mamba wireless, but find the fit isn't as comfortable for my hand as the 2012. I find it a bit small. Can you recommend suitable replacements? Or is it possible to clean these ones? Thanks, Mike

Hi Recently purchased the Viper ultimate and love it but the design of the Death Adder V2 suits my grip/style better and it remains my go to mouse. Would love to see a wireless version of the DA V2 and I'm sure it must be coming down the line but wondering if there are any plans for this in the short-term? Anyone in the know?

Will the Death Adder Chroma support synapse 3?

I just bought a Razer Naga Trinity and I choose the 7 extra button side panel to start off with. I went to start key mapping for hotkeys in an MMO (Aion) and I was quickly disheartened when I found that I can only quick key existing keyboard functions. My question is, is there anyway to create a keymapping as an actual "extra mouse button" bind? For example if you just have a normal mouse they often have the 2 additional buttons on the left side, normally referred to as the page forward and page back keys, but as a hot key identification they just come up as "Extra Mouse key 5" or what have you. Is there anyway to get the extra mouse keys to have this same value so I can set them up without conflicting with already existing hot key shortcuts?

Hi, My mouse disappears everytime I shut down my computer. Every time I need to pull the USB dongle out, plug it back in, and turn the mouse off on the back of it, and then back on. in this order. If I just turn it off-on, it doesnt work, if I plug out the USB and insert it back in, it doesn't work. I must do this 4 step operation every day. Out -> In -> Off -> On. Its ridiculous. Any Suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

Hello, Razer DeathAdder Elite user here! Everytime I try to rebind a mouse button to a keyboard function it won't let me save it. It gets stuck when I press SAVE and when I select another Mouse Button it says that my settings haven't been saved yet and I'm asked to either CANCEL, DON'T SAVE or SAVE it. Attempting to SAVE the rebind that I did will result in the SAVE button being stuck again, requiring me to CANCEL or DON'T SAVE it. So the only way for me to rebind a Mouse Button on my Razer DA Elite is to use another key rebinder, such as "ATNSOFT Key Remapper". I have updated my Windows prior to this problem but even so it worked perfectly. Please, Razer, I love your products but your software is just full of issues that have been left untouched since many years ago, including this one I just mentioned.

Hello, hoping I can get some answers here as I've been dealing with this for too long. For some reason in any game that I play my side keys will begin to work, but they then at some point, then stop working. There is like a massive delay in the presses like they don't work for like 5-10 seconds. The only fix is unplugging and replugging the mouse just for them to work for maybe 5 mins. Am using Synapse 3 as well. Can't use Synapse 2 as it doesn't support the naga hex v2 anymore.

Hi, I'm trying to find out whether two lanceheads, both running wireless in range of each other with separate dongles would interfere with each other. I'm using the 2017 version but my partner is looking at getting the 2019 version - but if they interfere / overlap this would be a problem... anyone know? Cheers

Hello all, I purchased a Viper Ultimate a few days ago, and so far it's been pretty great. However, even though I've plugged in the charging dock and charged the mouse using it, the dock's lights don't light up. Additionally, I can't see the dock in Synapse. Is there any way to fix this? I am unable to use my right hand. Can the razer Tartarus pro be used as a joystick? I am able to play some great games with just a mouse and a couple buttons. But I’m unable to play so many games like madden or nba2k. Can this bring me that? Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
