I bought a razer deathadder v2 pro a few months ago.

Today it suddenly started disconnecting and connecting again and again. I have tried to update the device with the razer tool for that model but it didn't work. 

If I can't fix it, I will proceed to request the warranty.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your computer’s motherboard. You can also try to reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
