Hi, my viper 8khz has failed the update, then turned off. windows\\razer synapse can't recognize it....how i can fix it ? thank you

You can do few things. First when you connect mouse to PC you hear new device Sound or get notification this is important if Windows see it you can reinstall firmware. If your device is reqognized by Windows turn off antywirus on PC nad on router it it have also turn off firewall on PC and router if you have or you can. Open mouse updater it should turn off synapse. To be sure open Tusk menager and look if there are any active tasks by synapse or Razer central if not update mouse should go smooth. If Windows dont see your mouse you can try tovconnect it to diffrent PC and there mąke the update process from above. If there mouse also will be not recognized only warranty via Razer chat.
